Service Description

This is aimed at runners who are looking to improve the mechanical efficiency of their running taking them to the next level.  The 3DRunFit assessment includes: - Discussion of training and injury history and goals - Functional mobility assessment  - Strength/capacity assessment* identifying your maximum strength in order to prescribe specific strength training parameters if required - 3D Running Gait Analysis at various race paces to identify areas to work on  - Gait retraining to improve running efficiency - Comprehensive and progressive strength programme and 3D Gait analysis report to take away and work on
