I went to see Jon with a running injury that I’d been struggling with a little while. He was great at going through the history of the injury and quickly investigated to diagnose what it was. He then put together a strengthening and training programme so that I could recover whilst still running. What is refreshing is that rather than booking back in at an arbitrary date in the future, he gave me a running milestone to aim for before going back to see him for strength progression. This approach has resulted in me not only significantly improving the injury in a much quicker time than expected, but actually improving my running whilst recovering from an injury. I honestly can’t recommend Jon enough. He’s not there to keep getting you back in the door, he’s there to get you out and on your way as soon as your body is able. Thank you!
