Service Description

If you are in pain, have an injury, or would like to learn how to improve your performance and reduce your injury risk this is a comprehensive assessment which covers everything. It involves a full assessment of your: - Medical/Injury history - Biomechanical movement screen - 2D video gait analysis (walking, running) - Functional mobility and strength tests You will receive a full explanation of your injury including its possible causes and remedies. You will also receive a comprehensive management plan and rehabilitation programme based on your injury and goals.
